HPLC Determination of Icariin in Qixueshuangbu Oral Liquid

目的:建立气血双补口服液中淫羊藿苷含量的测定方法,为提高该制剂的质量标准提供研究依据。方法:采用HPLC法,流动相:乙腈-纯化水(27∶73);色谱柱:汉邦ODS-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);体积流量:1.0 mL/min;柱温:室温;检测波长:270 nm;进样量:10μL。结果:淫羊藿苷在55-275μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.41%,RSD%为0.94%。结论:该方法简便、可靠、重现性好,可用于气血双补口服液的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a method for the determination of Icariin in Qixueshuangbu Oral Liquid, which can provide evidence of research for quality standard. Methods： A HPLC method was used with Hanbang ODS-CIs column（250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm） and a mobile phase of Acetonitrile - Purified Water（27：73）.Flow rate was 1.0mL/min, column temperature was 25 ℃, the detection wavelength at 270 nm and sample loop volume being 10 μL. Results： The calibration curve was linear within the range of 55 μg-275 μg/mL of Icariin, the average recovery was 99.41% （RSD=0.94%）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and repeatable, which can be used for the quality control of Qixueshuangbu Oral Liquid.
