川藏香茶菜不同部位熊果酸的含量测定 被引量:1

摘要 目的:测定川藏香茶菜不同部位熊果酸的含量。方法:采用紫外分光光度法对川藏香茶菜不同部位所含熊果酸含量进行测定。结果:比较熊果酸含量,川藏香茶菜叶中熊果酸的含量明显高于茎中含量。结论:川藏香茶菜不同部位熊果酸的含量存在较大差异,为优化药用部位选择和建立质量标准提供依据。 Objective: To study the contents of ursolic acid in different habitats of Rabdosia pseudo-irrorata C. Y. Wu. Methods: UV spectrophotometry method was applied to detect the content of ursolic acid of Rabdosia pseudo-irrorata C. Y. Wu. Results: Different fractions of Rabdosia pseudo-irrorata C. Y. Wu were detected; ursolic acid of the leaves was higher than the stems. Conclusion: Ursolic acid contents vary in different habitats of Tibetan medicine Rabdosia pseudo-irrorata C. Y. Wu, and it is necessary to make clear the officinal fractions and to establish quality control standard for Tibetan medicine Rabdosia pseu- do-irrorata C. Y. Wu.
