用于钻井循环流体的泡沫衰变动力学特征

摘要 针对钻井作业所使用的泡沫流体需要经受比较宽的温度范围而带来的泡沫稳定性问题,本文采用三种油田常用发泡剂,在多种条件下进行发泡性能和稳定性测试;结果显示:温度对衰变曲线影响显著,发泡剂浓度对其影响相对很弱,相同体积液体析出的时间随温度的升高而提前,泡沫稳定性随温度的升高而减弱。通过非线性拟合方法对试验数据处理,得到了拟合度较高的泡沫衰变动力学方程,参数物理意义明确。衰变方程反映出的泡沫性能与试验测试结果一致,且验证了泡沫衰变机理的正确性,为评价泡沫性能提供了一种新的分析方法。 Foam fluid need to withstand relatively wide temperature in drilling operation which bring with the problem of foam stability.In this study,three different kinds of oil foaming agent are selected and foam ability tests are carried out under the various conditions.The testing results show that temperature has significant effects on the decay curve, and foaming agent concentration is relatively weak.Liquid precipitation time with the same volume will advance with increase of the temperature,foam stability is decreased with the rise of temperature.The foam decay dynamics equation are established using the non-linear fitting method. These functions can fit well decay curves and their parameters have clear physical meanings. Decay equation reflects the foam performance which is consistent with the test results, and verifies the accuracy of the foam decay mechanism.It provides a new method of analysis to evaluate the foam performance.
