循经穴位按摩联合中药药熨疗法治疗肩周炎的临床观察及护理

Meridian Acupoint Massage Combined with the Heated Herbal Medicine Compress Method on Scapulohumeral Periarthritis:A Clinical Observation on Efficacy and Nursing Care

目的:观察循经穴位按摩联合中药药熨疗法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:将150例肩周炎患者随机分为观察组、对照1组与对照2组,每组50例,观察组采用循经穴位按摩联合中药药熨疗法治疗,对照1组与2组分别单纯采用循经穴位按摩与中药药熨疗法治疗。观察3组的临床疗效。结果:3组所采用的方法治疗肩周炎其临床疗效不同,以按摩+药熨的综合治疗方法为优(P<0.05),而单纯按摩与单纯药熨疗法疗效无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:在治疗肩周炎临床中,循经穴位按摩与中药药熨疗法两者联合使用较单独使用其中一种具有更好的临床疗效,亦即综合治疗方法优于单一疗法。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effects of meridian acupoint massage combined with the heated herbal medicine compress method in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods：The 150 patients with scapulohumeral pe- riarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group, control group 1 and control group 2, 50 cases in each. Patients were treated with meridian acupoint massage combined with the heated herbal medicine compress method in treatment group, and meridian acupoint massage and heated herbal medicine compress method respectively in control group 1 and control group. The curative effects of three groups were observed. Results：The three groups showed different clinical efficacy; the meridian acupoint massage combined with the heated herbal medicine compress method could provide better clinical efficacy （P〈0.05）. There was no statistical difference between the meridian acupoint massage and the heated herbal medicine compress method （P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Meridian acupoint massage combined with the heated herbal medicine compress method treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis can obtain more satisfactory curative effect than single use of each method.
