摘要
人因工程学研究人-机-环境相互关系。实施基于人园工程学的高职铸造实训安排，希望避免疲劳枯燥，提高作业效率，圆满完成实训任务。
Human Factors Engineering makes researches on the mutual relations of human-machine-environment. On the basis of Human Factors Engineering, to fulfill the practical arrangement of the casting major at the higher vocational colleges is hoped Io avoid the fatigue and dullness thus to increase the efficiency and completely finish the tasks of practice.
