摘要
本文通过了解存在主义与人本主义心理学的思想及特征,阐明两者的关系及作用,使人们在了解存在主义和人本主义心理学的根源的基础上,寻找其可资借鉴的现实意义,并把它更好地引入到现代心理治疗中。
In order to seek the referential realistic meaning and arouse strong echo of ＂people oriented＂ thoughts based on the roots acquaintance of existentialism and humanism,this article elaborate the relationship and interaction between them after analyzing the thoughts and features of the existential psychology and humanistic psychology. It will bring inspiration and thinking to people and be put it into used in modem psychotherapy.
