高校思想政治素质教育教学模式改革,要以"高举旗帜、以人为本、德育为先、知行合一"为指导思想,以"加强德育基地建设"为突破点,以"改革思想政治理论与实践相融合"为重点,以"提高思想政治教育教学效果"为途径,以"提高学生思想政治素质"为目标。在改革实践中要坚持"两个课堂三个融合":第一课堂为思想政治理论课堂,第二课堂为课外德育教育爱国教育等课程;理论与实践相融合,课内与课外相融合,校内与校外相融合。通过实践该教学改革模式,培养出一大批思想政治素质过硬、职业实践技能强的大学生,受到社会好评,取得了良好的效果。

The reform of teaching mode of ideological and political quality education in colleges and universities should adhere to ＂holding high the banner,people-oriented education,moral education first, and the unity of knowing and doing＂ as the guiding ideology,take ＂strengthening the construction of moral education base＂ as the breakthrough point, ＂integrating the theory and practice of ideological and political reform＂ as the key point, ＂improving the effect of ideological and political education teaching＂ as the way,and improving students＇ ideological and political quality as the goal. In the practice of the reform,we should stick to the teaching thought of ＂Two-Classroom and Three-Fusion＂ ,i.e., the first classroom for ideological and political theory class,the second classroom for extra-curricular moral education and patriotic education courses;the combination of theory and practice,curricular and extra-curricular,inside and outside of the college. Through practicing the teaching reform mode,we can cultivate a large number of excellent college students with good ideological and political quality as well as professional practice skills who will be well received by the government and society. Thus we can achieve good effects.
