萧涤非在山东大学近半个世纪的中国古典诗歌教学及研究中做出了历史性贡献。萧涤非的学术道路从20世纪30年代的青岛起步,并以1949年为界限明显地分为前期侧重乐府、后期侧重杜甫诗歌两个阶段。萧涤非的杜甫研究享誉海内外,他为这一千年热点赋予了"人民性"的时代色彩,折射出20世纪五六十年代大陆学者的思想和学术风貌。

Xiao difei has made a historic contribution in Chinese classical poetry teaching and research for nearly half a century in Shandong University. Xiao difei＇s academic road started from the 1930s in Qingdao, and made the year of 1949 as a dividing line, which are ＂Music Conservatory＂ in early stage and Du fu＇s poetry in later stage. Xiao difei＇s studies on du fu enjoys a good reputation at home and abroad,he gives the one thousand hotspot with the era color of ＂People＂ , reflecting the mainland scholars＇ thoughts and academic styles in the fifties and sixties of the 20th century.
