摘要
综合分析不同车型离合器踏板人机工程学特性,制定适合中国市场客户需求的理想离合器踏板特性曲线。通过试验测试离合器驱动系统特性,根据数据拟合的方法对试验结果进行优化处理,以获得理想的助力弹簧特性曲线。试验表明安装新设计助力弹簧后,离合器踏板人机工程学特性有较明显改善。
This paper analyzes the ergonomics of the clutch pedals for different vehicles, and set the ideal characteristic curve of Clutch Pedal after considering demands in Chinese markets. We test the characteristics of the clutch driving system, and optimized the test results according to data fit- ting to obtain the characteristic curve of springs. Experiments show that the ergonomics characteristic of the clutch pedal has been significantly improved after the new designed spring is used on the clutch pedal.
