摘要
重型柴油机的润滑系统所需机油量高且整机振动强烈,因此对油底壳的容量与强度提出了较高的要求。本文详细介绍了某重型柴油机焊接油底壳的设计过程:通过结构设计,保证了油底壳的支撑强度;在保证油底壳存储容量的基础上,充分验证了机油在上下限液位时的使用安全性;最后通过模态计算,确保了油底壳的振动安全性。为高强度大容量油底壳的设计提供了参考。
The lubrication system of a heavy diesel needs a large amount of lube oil, and the vi- bration intensity of the engine is high. This engine needs a high quality oil pan. This article intro- duces the design process of the oil pan of some heavy diesel in detail. The construction design en- sures that the oil pan has enough strength. The oil pan has a large volume. Its security is verified when the liquid level is at upper bound and lower limit. The modal calculation guarantees vibration security. This article provides a reference for designing of oil pan with high strength and large volume.
