摘要
本文以汽油机排气管为研究对象,建立了排气管固体、内部烟气以及外部冷空气多种流体对流换热模型,采用CFD软件Fluent对排气管内外流场进行数值模拟,并将计算结果映射到FEA软件中进行流固耦合计算,得到不同车速下排气管的温度场及应力分布情况,计算结果表明外部冷空气的流动对排气管温度及应力分布具有很大影响。计算结果对排气管的模拟计算及生产设计具有一定参考价值。
In this paper, the model of the gas exhaust pipe, internal exhaust air and external cold air was established. The calculation of fluent - solid coupling stress was simulated based on the CFD software Fluent and FEA software. The temperature and stress distribution of gas exhaust pipe at different speeds shows that the external cold air has great influence on the exhaust pipe. The cal- culation result provides a reference for strength calculation and design of gas exhaust pipe.
