摘要
河北省经济转型期，就业结构矛盾日益凸显。高职教育如何提高人才培养质量，本文就学校、企业、政府和中介公司协同模式下的产教深度融合进行了探讨，力求培养的高职毕业生适合市场对技能型人才的需求。
This article discusses the cooperation between higher vocational schools, enterprises, government and ntermediary in the precess of cultivating skilled talents.
