摘要
为了分析大规模可再生能源并网发电对电力系统带来的挑战,提出了一个含有发电、输电和储能设施在内的混合电力系统协调扩容规划模型。该模型将可再生能源发电、输电网以及储能的长期投资动态性与系统电力供求的短期波动性和空间分布特性整合起来。将这个模型应用于3区域电力系统中。分析结果表明,对于输电网和储能容量进行适量的、适时的扩容投资以及大规模可再生能源发电的并网运行是非常重要的。
The paper proposes a concordant planning model for hybrid power system expansion, which integrates the dynamic investments in the generation, transmission and energy storage with the short-term variability and spatial distribution of power supply-demand, to analyze the challenge of large-scale renewable energy generation system integration. The results of applying the model in three-region power system show that it is important to adequately invest in time in the transmission and storage capacities as well as to integrate the large-scale renewable energy generation system.
