考虑污染物费用的分布式电源优化配置

摘要 分布式电源接入配电网带来的影响与接入位置和容量密切相关。首先,在考虑DG环境效益的基础上,建立包含网损费用、系统投资及运行费用和污染气体费用3方面的数学模型。然后,采用随机惯性权重策略和异步变化学习因子策略改进粒子群算法容易陷入局部最优和收敛速度慢等缺陷。最后,Sphere函数测试结果表明了改进粒子群算法的有效性。将模型应用到算例中,并利用改进后的算法求解,选取3个较优方案进行比较分析,得到最终方案。该方案的网损费用最低,系统投资及运行费用最少,污染气体费用也最小,验证了本文模型和算法的合理性和有效性。 When DG (Distributed Generation)connects to distribution network, there is a closely relationship between the DG's effect and sites & sizes. Firstly, Considering the environmental benefit of the DG, the paper establishes an mathematical model which includes the cost of power loss, system investment & operation and pollution gases. Then, random inertia weight and asynchronous mutative learning factors are used to improve the performance of particle swarm optimization in falling into local optimum easily and low convergence rate. Finally, The tests of Sphere function show the effectiveness of the improved algorithm. The paper uses the model to the example, and chooses three better solutions to analyze to get the best one, which has the lowest power loss cost,system investment & operation cost and pollution gases cost. It is verified that the proposed model and algorithm is rational and effective.
