摘要
介绍了新开发的大电网经济性评价分析软件,并使用该软件对规划的2020年特高压交直流进行经济性评估。该软件具有数据管理、成本与效益计算、财务评价、国民经济评价、灵敏度分析和电价竞争力计算等功能。软件使用了一些最新的大电网经济评价理论,其核心模型是三维全寿命周期成本(LCC)模型、综合效益模型和输电分摊模型,并具有综合效益财务评价、国民经济评价、灵敏度分析和电价竞争力计算等功能。软件采用直接启发式算法,实现经济评价中各模块的计算。该软件具有友好的输入和输出界面,能够图文并茂地反映出大电网经济评价结果。
This paper mainly introduces the economic evaluation and analysis software which is newly exploited for large power grid ,and the software is used on the planning of 2020 UHV AC and DC for economic evalua-tion.The software has the functions of data management,cost and benefit calculations,financial evaluation, economic evaluation,sensitivity analysis and tariff competitiveness calculation.Some of the latest economic e-valuation theories for large power grid is applied on this software .The core models are consisted of three-di-mensional life cycle cost (LCC)model,comprehensive benefit model and transmission allocation model.This software uses direct heuristic algorithm as the main algorithm to achieve the economic evaluations of each mod-ule.Friendly inputs and outputs interfaces are achieved on the software so as to the results of economic evalua-tion for large power grid can be illustrated directly.
