摘要 为创新变电站工程建设,标准配送式变电站将成为未来建设的一种新模式。通过工厂生产预制、现场安装两大阶段来建设变电站,其标准化设计、模块化组合、工业化生产、集约化施工,使变电站建设走向科技含量高、资源消耗低、环境污染少、精细化建设的“标准化设计、工厂化加工、装配式建设”道路,全面提升电网建设能力。通过分析标准配送式变电站的分类与特点,研究不同类型配送式变电站相比常规变电站在施工工期上的优化及控制策略,并将500 kV常规变电站与标准配送式变电站施工进度运用甘特图进行对比,充分体现了标准配送式变电站工程建设的优势。分析认为,目前国家电网公司关于500 kV 变电站的标准工期为15~18个月,而采用标准配送式变电站设计方案,可将建设工期缩至1年内。 For innovative substation construction,standard distribution smart substation construction will be-come a new model in the future.By two phases of factory pre-production and on-site installation to construct, the substation's modular design,modular combination,industrial production,intensive construction,make substation construction hign-tech,low resources consumption,little environmental pollution road.The substa-tion construction will implement a new model of “standardized design,factory fabrication,assembly-type building”,which can enhance the ability of grid construction.This paper firstly studies the classification and characteristics of the standard distribution substations,and then focus on the analysis the optimization of dif-ferent types of distribution substation compared to conventional substation in the construction period and con-trol strategy.At the same time,the paper will through a Gantt chart of actual progress of standard distribu-tion substation and conventional substation to reflect the advantage of the standard distribution substation.In the end,analysis shows that the State Grid Corporation on 500kV substation's standard period is 15~18 months,which can be shortened to less than one year and the whole station can shorten the duration by 25%by the design.
