摘要
铝包殷钢芯耐热导线采用铝包殷钢芯和超耐热铝合金两种特殊材料加工而成,能够在导线截面不变、弧垂不增加的情况下,实现输送容量增加一倍以上,可充分利用原有线路走廊,无需改造杆塔。输电容量的增加意味着导线温度的升高和能量损耗的增加,因此与之相配套的耐张金具需采用特殊材料、特殊工艺制成,而能损费用的增加是否影响其推广应用还要在实际运行经验积累的基础上进一步分析研究。
The transmission capacity will be doubled by the application of heat-resistant conductor invar alloy reinforced aluminium covered (INVAR)made from two special materials which are invar alloy covered with a-luminium and aluminium alloy super-heat-resistant with wire section unaffected and sag unchanged to make full use of existing right-of-way without reconstructing steel tower .The conductor temperature and power loss will also rise with the increase in transmission capacity,so the dead-end clamps and splicing sleeves related will be made from special materials and manufacturing process,and whether the application of INVAR will be pop-ularized remains unknown due to cost increase in power loss.
