摘要
对某300 MW机组密封油系统在启停机过程中含水量超标问题进行了详细阐述,就缺陷原因从密封油冷却器和抽真空系统两方面进行分析,并通过理论计算制定出合理的解决方案。实施方案后效果良好,可供今后同类型机组处理密封油含水量超标问题参考。
This article intends to expound the harm of excessive water content in sealed oil system of 300 MW unit during its starting up and shutting down period and analyzes the reasons from two aspects of seal oil cooler and vacuum system. It tries to propose a suitable solution through the theoretical calculation which was already put into practice and proved effective. This solution is expected to offer valuable reference in solving similar problems in the future.
