摘要 针对大型火电机组锅炉安装过程的复杂性和安全性,利用计算机技术对该过程进行可视化三维动态模拟仿真。在此过程中以语音解说和中文字幕,详细说明锅炉设备安装过程中的施工方法、施工流程、技术规范标准以及安全施工细则。将锅炉内部设备安装仿真与多媒体技术结合,构建标准化、形象化安装方案,开发"火电厂锅炉设备安装过程三维可视化动态仿真系统"。应用表明,该系统可有效提高设备安装效率和质量,为工程进度的管理与控制提供保证。 Considering the complexity and security of large thermal power boiler installation process, three-dimensional dynamic simulation techniques is used to show it. In the installation process, voice narration and Chinese subtitles are utilized to explain of the boiler equipment construction methods, construction processes, technical standards and construction safety association detailly. Equipment in- stallation simulation and multimedia technologies were combined to build standardization, visualization installation program. Develop- ment the thermal power plant equipment installation process of 3 - D visualization dynamic simulation system. Engineering applications show that the system can effectively improve the efficiency and the quality of boiler equipment installation, providing a guarantee for the management and project progress control.
