摘要
为了提高汽车覆盖件拉延模具调试过程中的研合率、缩短模面研配周期,提出了一种模具型面的精确构建方法.在冲压仿真的基础上,结合网格映射、形函数插值、节点偏移等方法,调整凸凹模工具网格使二者之间的间隙与冲压后零件厚度分布一致,构建出适应零件厚度分布的精确模面网格模型;并以调整好的工具网格为基准,根据网格节点的偏移量,对模具型面相应的曲面面片及其剪裁线的控制顶点进行相应的偏移,实现曲面随网格模型的变化而自动形变,进一步构建出适应零件厚度变化的模具精确型面.实例研究表明,该精确模面构建方法有效,在模具设计阶段实现了模具型面的研合率.
This paper proposed a precise construction method for automobile drawing die surface, which can improve spot rate in the debugging process of drawing die and shorten the period of die spotting. Based on stamping simulation,the gap between punch and the die grids is adj usted to be consistent with the thickness distribution of the stamped part by applying methods of gird mapping,shape function inter-polation calculation and node translation.Furthermore,the accurate die grids were constructed to fit the thickness distribution of the stamped part.To make the deformation of surface fit the accurate die girds automatically,the control points of the die surface and the corresponding trimming curves were moved ac-cording to the translation values of the nodes.Consequently,the accurate surface of die can fit the thick-ness change of the stamped part.The case study has demonstrated that the proposed method is effective and the spot rate of drawing die can be improved in the design stage.
