移民实物指标采集技术在移民安置规划中的应用

Application of acquisition technology for property index in reservoir resettlement planning

工程建设征地移民实物指标调查的主要任务是查清实物对象的类别、数量、质量、权属和其他有关属性。为了真实反映移民实物指标信息,基于遥感和地理信息技术,开发了实物指标采集系统,并应用到乌东德工程移民实物指标调查之中。系统的应用表明,实物采集数据准确、快捷,且精度高,大大提高了调查成果质量和工作效率,实现了人口、房屋、土地、专项等主要调查数据的采集、入库和管理全过程。为乌东德水库移民规划设计与实施奠定了良好的基础。

The main objective for property index investigation of land requisition is to figure out the type, quantity, quality, ownership and other relevant properties of physical objects. In order to reflect the actual information of property index, an acqui- sition system is developed and applied in Wudongde Hydropower Station based on remote sensing and GIS technology. It is indi- cated that with the advantages of precise, fast, and highly accurate, the property data acquisition system can greatly improve the quality of investigation results and working efficiency, and realize the acquisition, database input and management of the primary investigation data such as population, houses, land and special objects.
