摘要 为满足移民调查与规划编制对于移民实物指标采集的高标准、高要求,在乌东德水电站移民实物指标调查中引入了三维遥感解译技术。该技术以真彩色高分辨率航空影像为主要数据源,在三维立体环境下进行遥感解译,可获取高比例尺精度的城市集镇与农村土地、房屋建筑物等移民实物指标信息,并以获取的遥感解译成果来辅助实物指标现场调查,使实物指标调查更为直观、快捷,移民更易识别,减少了争议,提高了工作效率,为业主全面掌握移民工作情况、控制移民投资提供了科学依据。 To meet the high requirement in property index collection of reservoir resettlement, 3D remote sensing interpretation technology is adopted in the resettlement work in Wudongde Hydropower Station construction. The paper takes high resolution real color aerial images as the data sources, and remote sensing interpretation is conducted in the 3D circumstance. The high resolu- tion resettlement property index information including lands and buildings in rural area and cities are obtained. Based on which, the in - situ collection is conducted, making the property index collection more intuitive, less disputes and higher efficiency. The presented technology provides scientific basis for comprehensively mastering the resettlement schedule and resettlement investment control.
