高速线材精轧机的润滑系统是轧机的血液系统，润滑油的好坏对轧机的稳定性起到至关重要的作用。由于精轧机辊轴等采用的是动压油膜轴承，在轧制过程中生产工艺需要大量的冷却循环水，精轧机的辊箱上采用动密封和静密封两种形式，在轧辊的高速转动过程中，由于受到温度、压力、摩擦等影响往往会造成精轧机进水的情况。水的大量进入会导致精轧机润滑站的润滑油的油品提前乳化变质，如不及时处理好，最终可能导致润滑油产生不可逆转的变化而引发精轧机发生设备故障。据现场统计相当一部分的设备故障均是由润滑油的问题引起的。所以如何控制好进水，保证油品的质量尤为重要。

The lubrication system of finish rolling mill of high speed wire is the blood system of rolling mill. Whether the lubricant oil is good or not plays an imporant roll in stability of rolling mill. The roll shaft of finish rolling mill matches hydrodynamic journal beating and a large amount of circulating cooling water is demanded during rolling process, so dynamic- and static- seals are used for roll box of finish rolling mill. During high-speed rotation of roller, due to the effects of temperature and pres- sure and friction, water always goes into finish rolling mill, A large amount of water going into froinsh rolling mill can emulsify and deteriorate lubricnt oil in lubricant station of finish rolling mill ahead of time. If not treated in time, water going into mill may finally make lubricant oil irreversibly change to result in failure of finsh rolling mill According to field statistics, quite a few device malfuctions are caused by problems of lubricant oil, so, how to prevent water from going into mill and ensure oil quali- ty is particularly important.
