对水钢2号高炉近来冶炼钒钛矿的操作经验进行了总结。通过采取加强原燃料管理，优化高炉操作及加强炉前管理等一系列措施，高炉取得了较好的技术经济指标，钒钛矿比例正稳步上升。

The operational experience of recently smelting V-Ti ore in No.2 blast furnace is summa- rized. By reinforcing raw material management, optimizing blast furnace operation and strengthening furnace front management, the blast furnace reaches a good technical and economic target and ratio of V-Ti ore in charge has been increasing.
