Construction Practice of Standard Factory Building

随着现代化发展进程的加快，我国钢材行业得到了较大的发展与进步。钢结构厂房具有造价低廉、空间大、易安装、抗震性强、环境污染小、建设工期短的特点，因此深受企业的欢迎，现在钢结构厂房已经开始在国内迅速发展起来，成为企业厂房建设的最佳选择。但是相对于普通的厂房，钢结构厂房制作施工技术要求较高，在制作加工中需要注意很多技术问题。文章将结合本人在贵安新区高端装备制造产业园24#．25#标准厂房制作施工实践，给予大家一些理论建议和意见。

With accelerating process of modernization, steel material industry in my country has great development and advancement, factory building with steel structure which has characters such as low cost, large span, easy to instal], strong earthquake-resistance, little environmental pollution, short con- struction period caters for enterprises＂ needs. Now factory building with steel structure has developed rapidly in my country and becomes the best choice for factory building. But, compared with common factory building, construction technology of steel structure factory-building is stricter and many tech- nical problems should be paid attention to during construction. Based on my construction practice of No 24 and No 25 standard factory buildings in industrial park for advanced-equipment manufacture in New District of Guian, this article gives you some suggestions and opinions.
