摘要
通过宏观检查,光谱分析,壁厚分析以及金相组织分析方法,对某电厂300 WM高温过热器T91管爆口附近管样进行分析,结果表明;由于钢管长期超温运行,过热使其爆口附近显微组织老化,晶界出现空洞和裂纹,力学性能显著下降,从而在厚度减薄区域发生爆裂。
Through macro inspection, spectral analysis, wall thickness analysis and metallographic structure analysis, the sample near the explosion of high temperature over-heater T91 was analyzed. The result showed that the long-term over temperature operation leaded to the aging of the micro organization near explosion, the hole and crack of grain boundary, and reduction of mechanical properties, so the explosion was happened near the area of thickness thinning.
