摘要 现代化食用菌工厂规模不断扩大,PLC控制系统也日趋复杂,传统的经验法设计PLC控制系统出错率增加,检错不易。因此,对系统进行建模和分析具有非常重要的意义。利用Petri网的图形性质和对并发事件的建模能力,以食用菌工厂出菇房的PLC控制系统为对象,进行建模、分析,包括新风机,排风机,加湿器,内风机,压缩机,抑制机等关键设备的控制运行,从而直观地构建PLC控制系统的模型并编制程序,保证系统可靠、高效地运行。 The scale of modern edible fungus industry expands unceasingly, Controller) control system becomes more and more complex, the error rate and the PLC (Programmable Logic increases when design PLC control system with traditional experience method and the error detection is difficult. Therefore, it is very important to model and analyze the system. Based on Petri Net's graphic properties and ability of modeling concurrent events, the PLC control system of mushroom houses is focuses on modeling and analyzing in edible fungus factory, including some key equipments, such as blower, exhaust fan, humidifier, inside fan, compressor, restrain machine and so on. Finally, PLC control programs can be built easily and the system guarantees to work reliably and efficiently.
