集中连片民族特困地区产业链延伸分析——基于石阡茶产业考察

An Analysis on Industrial Chain Extension in Concentrated Ethnic Poor Area——Based on the investigation into tea industry in Shiqian county

通过对石阡县茶产业的实地考察,重点对茶产业链的种植、生产、加工、物流、销售和管理环节进行定性分析,发现石阡茶产业在价值链、企业链、供需链和空间链方面的提升面临瓶颈,物流综合发展能力较弱,信息流发展严重滞后。基于这些问题的原因分析,提出石阡茶产业链延伸的路径在于厘清茶产业上、中、下游产业,确定产业重点;加大基础设施建设,形成茶产业集群,以此努力实现延伸茶产业价值链的目标。

This paper investigates into the tea industry in Shiqian county, focusing on the cultivation, production, processing, logistics, sales and management in the tea industry chain. In its value chain, enterprise chain, supply chain and space chain, we find that Shiqian tea industry faces some bottlenecks to upgrade, the logistics of comprehensive development capacity is seriously weak and the development of information flow is seriously backward. Based on the analysis above, we put forward the path of Shiqian tea industry chain extension is to clarify upstream, midstream and downstream industries of the tea industry, strengthen infrastructure construction, form tea industry cluster in order to make great efforts to extend the tea industry value chain.
