倍他乐克治疗58例扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者的疗效观察

Effect of Betaloc Treat 58 Cases of Dilated Cardiomyopathy Heart Failure Patients

目的分析倍他乐克治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法收集我院2011年12月至2013年12月期间诊治的扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者58例为研究对象,以抛硬币的方式随机分为试验组与对照组,每组患者各29例。对照组患者采用常规治疗模式,试验组在对照组的基础上加用倍他乐克治疗,对两组患者治疗后的心功能和运动耐量进行分析对比。结果研究结果显示,试验组总有效率为93.10%,对照组总有效率为72.41%,试验组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,试验组患者的心功能和运动耐量也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论倍他乐克治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭具有良好的临床疗效,值得在临床应用上推广。

Objective Analysis of betaloc clinical curative effect for the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure. Methods Collected from December 2011 to December 2013 during the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure patients with DCM 58 cases as the research object is divided into experimental group and control group in the form of a coin, 29 cases in each group of patients. The control group was treated by routine therapy model, patients in the control group on the basis of combined with betaloc treatment, the two groups after treatment in patients with cardiac function and exercise tolerance analysis comparison. Results Research results show that the experimental group the total effective rate was 93.10%, control group total effective rate was 72.41%, the curative effect of experimental group patients was better than control group （P＜0.05）. Patients with cardiac function and exercise tolerance and at the same time, the test group is superior to the control group （P＜0.05）. Conclusion Betaloc treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy heart failure has good clinical curative effect, is worth popularization in clinical application.
