目的提高对NICU护士职业危险因素的认识及职业防护意识,保护NICU护士的身心健康。方法综合分析NICU护理工作中存在的医源性损伤因素、化学因素、生物性因素及社会心理因素等方面的职业危害,有针对性地提出相应的防护措施。结果各种危害因素严重影响护士的身心健康。结论 NICU存在的多种护理职业危害可以得到相应的防护,需提高护士的自我防护意识,并采取有效的防护措施。

Objective To improve the NICU nurses recognize occupational risk factors and occupational protection awareness and protect the health of NICU nurses. Methods comprehensive analysis of occupational hazards iatrogenic injury factors exist in NICU care ,chemical factors, biological factors and psychosocial factors, etc. , have put forward appropriate protective measures. Result of various risk factors seriously affect the physical and mental health nurses. A variety of occupational hazards, conclusion NICU nursing presence can get the appropriate protection, nurses need to improve awareness of self-protection, and take effective protective measures.
