基于婴幼儿牛奶过敏在胃肠道表现的临床分析

摘要 目的对婴幼儿牛奶过敏在胃肠道中的表现进行分析,同时探寻两者之间的关系,从而得出有效的治疗方式。方法随机选取我院儿科诊断为牛奶过敏的婴幼儿患者50例,患者运用深度水解蛋白配方来代替牛奶哺乳,对其治疗效果进行观察并分析,并且对患者治疗前后的外周免疫球蛋白等指标的变化进行比较分析。结果婴幼儿患者牛奶过敏主要表现为恶心、呕吐、腹泻、便秘等消化道症状。治疗后,婴幼儿患者的相关症状有了明显的改善,其中治疗的有效的达到了96%。结论应用深度水解蛋白配方治疗的方式对于婴幼儿牛奶过敏有明显的效果,可以在临床治疗中得到广泛的推广。
