天麻粉对高脂饲料喂养大鼠降脂减肥作用的实验研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的观察天麻粉对高脂饲料投喂大鼠的降血脂和减肥作用。方法采用雄性SD大鼠,以高脂饲料喂养建立高血脂和肥胖模型。实验设正常对照组、高脂饲料(HFD)组、HFD+天麻粉500 mg/kg和1000 mg/kg组共4组,治疗30 d。试验前后测量动物体重,试验后检测动物空腹血清总胆固醇(CHO)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和血糖(Glu)水平,处死动物后测定体脂(睾丸及肾周围脂肪垫)重量并计算脂肪系数(体脂重量/终体重)。结果高脂饲料投喂30 d后,HFD组大鼠出现显著高血脂和高血糖,体重、体脂重量和脂肪系数较正常对照组分别增加(13.5±2.7)%、(86.8±9.1)%、(66.5±0.5)%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。HFD+天麻粉500 mg/kg组体脂重量下降(16.2±9.9)%,与HFD组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HFD+天麻粉1000 mg/kg组体重、体脂重量和脂肪系数均得到明显控制,较HFD组分别下降(10.3±5.6)%、(22.0±5.9)%、(15.4±1.9)%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。HFD+天麻粉500 mg/kg和1000 mg/kg组使大鼠血清CHO分别下降(12.6±5.4)%、(14.3±3.6)%,TG分别下降(8.4±4.2)%、(15.8±8.4)%,Glu分别下降(18.7±3.5)%、(23.0±7.5)%,与HFD组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高脂饲料诱导的大鼠高血脂和肥胖模型中,天麻粉500 mg/kg和1000 mg/kg具有降血脂和降血糖作用;天麻粉1000 mg/kg还具有减肥作用。 Objective To study the blood lipid-lowering and antiobesity effects of Gastrodia Powder in rats fed with a high-fat diet. Methods Male SD rats were fed with a high-fat diet to induce hyperlipidemia and obesity. The animals were divided into 4 groups, which were the normal control group, high-fat diet (HFD) group, HFD+Gastrodia Powder 500 mg/kg and HFD+Gastrodia Powder 1000 mg/kg group, respectively. The duration of treatment was 30 days. Body weights (BW) of the animals were determined before and after the experiment. At the end of the experiment, serum total cholesterol (CHO), triglyceride (TG), high density-lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and glucose (Glu) levels were determined after fasting. The animals were executed, the weights of body fats (epididymal and perirenal fat pads) were measured, and the fat coefficients (body fat weight/BW after experiment) were calculated. Results The rats developed obvious hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia after 30 days of HFD feeding. Compared to those of the normal control group, the BW, body fat weights and fat coefficients of the HFD group of animals increased by (13.5±2.7)%, (86.8±9.1)%, (66.5±0.5)%, the differences were significant (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01), respectively. HFD+Gastrodia Powder 500 mg/kg group could reduce body fat weights by (16.2_+9.9)%, compared to the HFD group, the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05); HFD+Gastrodia Powder 1000 mg/kg group decreased BW, body fat weights and fat coefficients by (10.3±5.6)%, (22.0±5.9)%, (15.4±1.93)% (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01), respectively. Compared to those of the HFD group, HFD+Gastrodia Powder 500 or 1000 mg/kg could reduce serum CHO by (12.6±5.4)% and (14.3±3.6)%, reduce serum TG by (8.4±4.2)% and (15.8±8.4)%, and reduce serum Glu by (18.7±3.5)% and (23.0±7.5)%, respectively, the differences were significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion In a rat model of hyperlipidemia and obesity induced by high-fat diet feeding, Gastrodia Pow-der (500 or 1000 mg/kg) has lipid-lowering and glu- cose-lowering activities; in addition, Gastrodia Powder at 1000 mg/kg also has antiobesity activity.
