腰康细粒剂治疗湿热型腰椎间盘突出症的效果

Effect of Yaokang Fine Granules for treating dampness-hot type of lumbar disc herniation

目的研究腰康细粒剂制备方法及其治疗湿热型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法将湿热型腰椎间盘突出症患者60例随机分为两组,治疗组服用腰康细粒剂,配合腰椎牵引、手法按摩治疗;对照组内服腰痛宁胶囊,采取与治疗组相同的物理治疗方法。治疗4周后进行疗效评定。结果治疗组30例总有效率为96.67%,控显率为83.33%;对照组30例总有效率为80.00%,控显率为40.00%。两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组控显率优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论腰康细粒剂治疗湿热型腰椎间盘突出症效果确切。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Yaokang Fine Granules for treating dampness-hot type of lumbar disc herniation （LDH）. Methods 60 patients with dampness-hot type of LDH were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given Yaokang Fine Granules orally, combined with lumbar traction and massage therapy; the control group was given Yaotongning Capsule orally combined with the same physical therapy. The curative effect was evaluated ＇after continuous treatment for 4 weeks. Results The total efficiency and improvement rate of treatment group were 96.67% and 83.33%, respectively, which of control group were 80.000/o and 40.00% re- spectively. The difference of total efficiency between the two groups was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. The im- provement rate of treatment group was significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Yaokang Fine Granules has a significant effect for treating dampness-hot type of LDH.
