舒适化护理干预对冠心病患者依从性的影响

Influence of compliance of patients with coronary heart disease by applying comfortable nursing intervention

目的分析应用舒适化护理干预对冠心病患者依从性的影响。方法随机选取2013年3月~2014年3月内蒙古医科大学附属医院诊治的98例冠心病患者,按照随机双盲法分为两组,对照组49例患者行常规护理,研究组49例患者在对照组基础上行舒适化护理干预,分析两组患者心绞痛、健康状况及治疗依从性改善情况,并予以对比及统计分析。结果研究组患者护理干预后心绞痛发作（AF）、躯体活动受限程度（PL）、稳定状态（AS）及疾病认知（DP）评分均明显高于对照组,总体健康为（91.78±12.16）分,明显高于对照组[（50.97±12.17）分],生理职能、躯体疼痛、精神健康等各项评分也高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）;同时,研究组患者药物、运动及生活饮食方面依从性评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论冠心病患者应用舒适化护理干预效果明显,可有效减少患者心绞痛次数,同时改善患者的健康状况,提高患者的治疗依从性。

Objective To analyze the influence of compliance of patients with coronary heart disease by applying comfortable nursing intervention. Methods 98 cases were randomly selected from patients with coronary heart disease who received treatment in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from March 2013 to March 2014.According to double blind method, they were divided into two groups. 49 cases as the control group were given the routine nursing; while the other 49 cases as the research group were given the comfortable nursing intervention on the basis of the routine nursing. Then the angina, health index and improvement of treatment adherence of two groups were analyzed in order to make comparative and statistical analysis. Results After nursing intervention, scores of AF, PL, AS and DP in the research group were respectively higher than those in the control group. Moreover, overall health score in the research group of（91.78±12.16） scores was apparently higher than that in the control group [（50.97±12.17） scores].Scores of physiological functions, physical pain and mental health in the research group were also higher than those in the control group, with difference and statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Meanwhile the compliance scores in aspects of drugs, exercise, diet for patients in the research group were still higher than those in the control group, with differences and statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients applying comfortable nursing intervention have obvious curative effect, which can reduce the frequency of angina, improve the health of patients and increase the therapeutic compliance of patients.
