化疗性周围静脉炎发生机制的研究进展

Research progress on the mechanism of peripheral chemotherapeutic phlebitis

随着抗癌药物治疗的发展,经周围静脉化疗引起的静脉炎已成为临床中常见的一种并发症。本文主要从药物因素、患者因素和医源性因素等方面综述了通过周围静脉应用化疗药物导致静脉炎的发生机制,以指导临床工作者针对危险因素采取有效的措施来预防化疗性静脉炎的发生。但目前这一领域仍存在很多未知数,如化疗药物适宜的给药浓度和合理的输液速度等,需要医护工作者开展更深入的研究。

With the development of anti-cancer drug treatment, phlebitis caused by chemotherapy though peripheral veins has become a common clinical complication. This article reviewed the mechanism of phlebitis caused by infusion of chemotherapy drugs through peripheral veins, and mainly related to the aspects of drug factors, patient factors and i-atrogenic factors. The purpose was to guide clinicians to take effective measures to prevent chemotherapy phlebitis from the risk factors. But there are still many unknowns in this area, such as suitable drug concentration and reason-able infusion speed at present, which would need medical staff to carry out more in-depth study.
