目的：探讨子宫颈活组织检查术及子宫颈管刮术目的及操作。方法：时子宫颈病患者临床检查及颈管刮术方法进行分析。结果：活体组织检查可作为诊断的最可靠的依据，它可以确定病变的性质及程度。不仅可发现癌，而且可做出癌前病变的诊断。结论：由于子宫颈容易暴露，子宫颈活组织检查取材比较容易，故已广泛被妇产科医师应用。
