To investigate the characteristics of disease prevention for inland army training on the plateau is a content of modern medical service. This paper summarized the morbidity and prevention measures when an army hospital trained on the Yambajan region in Tibet province, and found that altitude stress and respiratory disease were common among officers and soldiers.
