爆炸伤是一种常见的特殊类创伤,制造爆炸事件是恐怖袭击较为常见的方式,在日常生活中也经常发生各种意外或人为的爆炸事件。本文通过回顾相关文献对常见的爆炸伤如颌面部爆炸伤、胸部爆炸伤、吸入性损伤、手部爆炸伤和爆炸伤的早期急救处理等予以综述。

Explosive injury is a common kind of special trauma, which is caused by bombing events as a common way of ter- rorist attacks and also by a variety of unexpected or man-made explosion events occurred frequently in our daily life. By reviewing rela- tive articles, this paper summarized injuries, such as maxillofacial explosion injury, thoracic explosion injury, inhalation injury, hand explosion injury and the early emergency treatment of explosive injury.
