摘要
本文通过分析239例口腔颌面外伤窒息行气管切开患者的治疗效果,探讨气管切开术的重要性,引起并发症的原因及注意事项等,得出结论:正确把握手术时机,操作熟练及密切配合可有效提高口腔颌面外伤急救的成功率。
This paper analyzed the treatment effect of 239 patients with oral and maxillofacial trauma who received emergency treatment of tracheotomy, explored the importance of tracheotomy, the causes of complications and the precautions. And concluded that correctly grasp the operation time, skillfull operation and close cooperation can effectively improve the success rate of emergency trea- ting oral and maxillofacial trauma.
