川芎嗪注射液对重症肺炎高凝状态患儿凝血功能的影响

Effects of Tetramethylpyrazine on Coagulation Function in Children Patients with Hypercoagulability of Severe Pneumonia

目的观察川芎嗪注射液对重症肺炎高凝状态患儿凝血酶原时间(TT)、凝血酶时间(PT)、部分活化凝血活酶时间(APTT)、D-二聚体(D-Dimer)、纤维蛋白原(FBG)及抗凝血酶Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)的影响。方法选择80例重症肺炎高凝状态患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组在常规治疗基础上給予川芎嗪注射液治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上給予肝素治疗,另选择20例在我院体检的健康儿童作为正常对照组,观察各组治疗前后TT、PT、APTT、D-Dimer、FBG、AT-Ⅲ的水平变化。结果与正常对照组比较,两组患儿治疗前DDimer、FBG均升高,TT、PT、APTT缩短、AT-Ⅲ活性均降低(P<0.05);两组治疗后D-Dimer、FBG明显下降,APTT、TT、PT延长,AT-Ⅲ活性升高(P<0.05);两组治疗后同期比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。两组治疗后与正常对照组比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论川芎嗪注射液对重症肺炎高凝状态患儿凝血功能有明显的调节作用,且副作用小。

Objective： To observe the effects of Tetramethylpyrazine on Thrombin time （TT）.Prothrombin time （PT）. Activated partial thromboplastie time （APTF）. D-dimer （ D-Dimer）. Fibrinogen （FBG） and Antithrombin Ⅲ （AT-Ⅲ ） in children patients with hypercoagulability of severe pneumonia. Methods： 80 children inpatients with hypercoagulability of severe pneumonia were randomly assigned to two groups, the treatment group and the control group,40 In each group. The treatment group was treated with TMP on the basis of conventional therapy,The control group treated with heparin sodium on the basis of conventional therapy, Besides,20 healthy children who received the physical examinations at our hospital were recruited as the healthy control group. The changes of TT、 PT、APTY、D-dimer、F BGand AT-Ⅲ contents were observed. Results： Compared with healthy control group,the two groups before treatment in children with D-Dimer,FBG were higher,and PT,APTT,TT shorter,the AT-Ⅲ activity were lower（P〈 0.05）. Compared with before this treatment, two groups of D-Dimer, FBG significantly de- creased after treatment,APTT,TT,lengthen PT,the activities of the AT-Ⅲ （P 〈 0.05）. At the same time to com- pare the two groups after treatment,no significant difference （P〉 0.05）. The two groups after treatment compared with normal control group had no significant difference （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions： Tetramethylpyrazine on children with hypercoagulability of severe pneumonia has obvious regulation effect,and less side effect,which should be extended to treat freckles in the clinic.
