补肾祛瘀针刺法治疗中风病(恢复期)的多中心临床研究

Multicenter Clinical Stu dy of Tonifying Kidney and Dispelling Stasis Acupuncture Therapy Treating Stroke Disease(Recovery Period)

目的观察补肾祛瘀针刺法治疗中风恢复期患者的的临床疗效。方法将285例患者随机分为观察组142例与对照组143例,观察组采用补肾祛瘀针刺法治疗,对照组采用普通针刺法治疗,每日1次,6次1个疗程,4个疗程后观察两组治疗前后中医证候评分、神经功能缺损程度评分、日常生活活动能力评分及临床疗效。结果临床疗效比较:观察组有效率87.32%,高于对照组的70.63%(P<0.05);观察组对中风恢复期的中医证候评分、神经功能缺损程度评分、日常生活活动能力评分改善均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论补肾祛瘀针刺法治疗中风恢复期临床疗效明显。

Objective： To investigate the curative effect of Tonifying Kidney and Dispelling Stasis Acupuncture Therapy treating patients with stroke in stroke recovery period. Methods： 285 suitable patients were randomly di- vided into 2 groups： 142 patients in the therapy group （Tonifying Kidney and Dispelling Stasis Acupuncture Therapy） and 143 patients in the control group （routine acupuncture therapy）. After 4 periods of treatment（each patient was treated once per day, 6 days as a period of treatment）, curative effect, TCM symptom scores, degree of clinical neural function defect score （CSS） and daily life activities ability score （ADL） were compared between both groups. Results： Compared with routine acupuncture therapy （with the effective rate of 70.63%）,Tonifying Kidney and Dispelling Stasis Acupuncture Therapy （with the effective rate of 87.32%） showed better curative ef- fect（P〈0.05）. The differences of scores in CCS,ADL and TCM symptom evaluation form and scores were statisti- cally significant between 2 groups. Conclusion： Tonifying Kidney and Dispelling Stasis Acupuncture Therapy has obvious effect treating patients with stroke in recovery period.
