寒性胃脘痛的艾灸治疗与护理

Observation and Nursing of Moxibustion on 133 Cases with Cold Syndorme Epigastralgia

目的观察艾灸治疗寒性胃脘痛的疗效及护理经验。方法采用艾灸治疗133例寒性胃脘痛,收集、观察、随访治疗效果,总结护理经验。结果 133例患者,治愈43例,有效62例,无效28例,总有效率78.9%。结论艾灸治疗寒性胃脘痛,操作简便,价廉有效。

Objective： To observe the effect and summarize experiences of cold syndrome epigastralgia. Meth- ods： 133 cases with cold syndrome epigastralgia with moxibustion were observed the clinical effect to summarize nursing experiences. Results： In these patients,43 cases were cured, 62 ones were effective and 28 ones were in- effective. The total effective rate was 78,95%. Conclusion： The moxibustion on cold syndrome epigastralgia is simple operation, owerpriced and usefull.
