摘要
商业健身俱乐部既要追求经济效益,同时又要承担社会责任。商业健身俱乐部社会责任与经济效益之间是相互联系的统一关系,经济效益是承担社会责任的保障,社会责任是实现经济效益的条件。从促进俱乐部社会责任文化建设、将社会责任与市场营销相结合、将社会责任与品牌建设相结合、善于借用外力参与公益事业等方面提出了商业健身俱乐部社会责任与经济效益平衡的途径,以期为理论研究与发展实践提供一些启示和参考。
Commercial Fitness Clubs should not only pursue economic benefit, but also should undertake social responsibility. The relationship between social responsibility and economic benefit of Commercial Fitness Clubs is interconnected and unified. Economic benefit is the security of social responsibility, and social responsibility is the condition of economic benefit. The ways of balancing social responsibility and economic benefit of Commercial Fitness Clubs were put forward from four aspects as follows: promoting cultural construction of social responsibility, combining social responsibility and marketing, combining social responsibility and brand construction, be good at participate in charities from external forces.
