阳光视域下高校课外体育活动的发展——以湖南科技学院为例

Development sun Horizon Extracurricular Sports Activities——A Case Study of Hunan Institute of Science and Technology

阳光体育实施6年来,高校中实际效果却不是很理想,其中原因有很多,主要体现在学生对健康的认识度不够和学校不够重视。为了课外体育活动更好的开展,从以下几个方面入手:完善校领导带头学校学生课外活动的组织考核体系;加强系部课外体育活动的开展;注重学生兴趣的培养;加大宣传力度,促进学生对健康的认识。在开展好高校课外体育活动的同时,也更好的实施了阳光体育。

Six years of the implementation of sunshine sports in Colleges and universities, the actual effect is not very ideal, which for many reasons, mainly reflected in the students＇ understanding of health is inadequate and insufficient attention to the schools. In order to better extracurricular sports activities, from the following aspects： perfecting the school leadership school student extracurricular activities of the organization appraisal system; strengthen the extracurricular sports activities of Department of development; focus on cultivating the students＇ interest： to intensify propaganda, promoting students＇ understanding of health. In the develonment of university extracurricular snorts activities at the same time. also to better imnlementation of sunshine snorts
