摘要
体育健身在现代社会广泛日益普及,相当多的城市居民均迫切希望通过体育运动达到强身健体的目的。在体育健身的过程中,运动者在运动过后经常难以避免的出现疲劳现象,因而运动后采取有效的疲劳恢复方法就显得尤为必要。本文主要针对运动后疲劳与营养恢复进行了简单的介绍。
The sports fitness is widespread in modern society, most of the residents hope to achieve physical fitness through sports purpose. Movement in the process of physical fitness in to exercise often appear the phenomenon of fatigue, the fatigue after exercise and nutritional recovery are briefly introduced.
