核电站M56螺栓超声检验技术浅谈

摘要 本文针对核电站M56螺栓的特殊性,通过试验选择最适合M56螺栓超声检测技术,研究了不同角度不同频率超声探头检测的结果及不可达区。结果表明:仅通过超声检测方法无法实现对M56螺栓检验区域的完全覆盖,必须辅以渗透、目视等其他无损检测方法。 According to the particularities of nuclear power station M56 bolts, selected the most suitable Ultrasonic Testing Technology for M56 by test, Studied on ultrasonic probe detection results of different frequencies at different angles and unreachable areas. The results showed that: only by ultrasonic detection method can not achieve complete coverage of M56 bolt inspection region, it must be supplemented by penetration, visual and other non--destructive testing methods.
