华北某规模化猪场O型口蹄疫疫苗免疫状况调查与分析

摘要 用病毒中和试验对华北地区一规模化猪场口蹄疫的免疫效果进行了检测和分析。通过免疫前、一免后、二免后、三免后的25、50 d的病毒中和抗体检测,33日龄与60日龄2次母源抗体的检测对比,证实仔猪体内较高水平的母源抗体对口蹄疫免疫应答具有明显的负面影响,并为口蹄疫首免日龄的确定积累了经验。
