度洛西汀与帕罗西汀治疗广泛性焦虑的对照分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的评价度洛西汀治疗广泛性焦虑的临床疗效及安全性。方法对84例广泛性焦虑患者随机分为度洛西汀组和帕罗西汀组各42例,治疗8周,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和临床疗效总评量表、病情严重程度(CGI-SI)评定临床疗效,副反应量表(TESS)评定药物不良反应。结果经8周治疗,度洛西汀组和帕罗西汀组有效率分别为85.71%和83.33%,显效率分别为66.67%和64.29%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论度洛西汀治疗广泛性焦虑安全有效,不良反应轻微,值得临床推广。
