摘要
文章针对蔬菜垃圾汁液性质分析后进行水解酸化实验,分别考查25℃,30℃,35℃,40℃温度条件下,pH值,氧化还原电位(ORP)、挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)、化学需氧量(COD)、氨氮(NH+4-N)等指标变化规律。结果表明,35℃条件下VFAs增长较快,VFA总量在第2日达到3434 mg·L-1,pH值在第1日下降至3.73,氨氮在4个温度条件下都未达到对发酵过程抑制或毒性水平。
In this paper, the hydrolytic acidification of waste vegetable juice was processed under 25℃, 30℃, 35℃ and 40℃ after the property determination. The variation patterns of pH, ORP, VFAs, COD, ammonia nitrogen were analysed. The restdts showed that the VFAs was produced the fastest at 35℃, which reached 5087mg· L^-1 on the 3rd day; the pH decreased from 5.82 to 3.73 on the 2nd day; and the NH~ -N content didn' t show an inhibitory or toxic effect on fermentation for all the 4 temperature levels.
