腰椎后路手术围手术期多模式镇痛的临床评价

The Clinical Evaluation of Multimodal Analgesia in Lumbar Posterior Approach Perioperative Period

目的:观察多模式镇痛方案在腰椎后路手术围手术期中的镇痛效果。方法:随机选择128例腰行椎后路手术患者,分为A、B两组,A组采用多模式镇痛方案,B组采用传统镇痛方案,记录两组患者术后不同时间VAS评分和第一次平卧翻身、下地时间,进行统计学分析。结果:A组术后各个时间段VAS评分和第一次平卧翻身、下床活动时间均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:腰椎后路手术围手术期应用多模式镇痛方案取得良好的临床效果,利于术后康复锻炼。

Objective：To observe analgesic effect of multimodal analgesia in lumbar posterior approach perioperative period.Method：128 cases of lumbar vertebral posterior operation were selected as the object of study,and randomly divided into A,B groups. A group were given multimodal analgesia,B group were given traditional analgesia scheme.VAS score of different time after operation in two groups and the first recumbent emancipated,ambulation time were recorded and analyzed statistically. Result：VAS score of different time after operation and the first recumbent emancipated,ambulation time in A group were lower than those of B group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Multimodal analgesia scheme in lumbar posterior operation perioperative period has good clinical effect,to help rehabilitation exercise after operation.
